La Electronic Entertainment Expo o è (Fiera dell'intrattenimento Elettronico) è la fiera di videogiochi annuale più importante del mondo che si tiene dal 1995 a Los Angeles. Ogni estate non solo vengono qui presentati nuovi videogiochi e nuovi hardware, ma si tengono dei veri e propri meeting e forum riguardo il mondo videoludico e la sua evoluzione.

Partecipano a questa mostra anche personaggi autorevoli nell' ambito della progettazione di videogame: tra questi Hideo Kojima, sceneggiatore e produttore dell' intera saga di Metal Gear e Metal Gear Solid, che, ad esempio, nell'estate (2005) ha mostrato un videoclip su Metal Gear Solid 4, uscito il 12 giugno del 2008.

Nel 2005, per il pc si sono sentiti nomi del calibro di Oblivion, Age of Empires 3, Il padrino e Call of Duty 2.

Nel 2006 è stato presentato il Wii: la nuova console nintendo dotata di controller wireless con sensore di movimento.
